Responsible for mainstreaming Social Behavioural Change (SBCC), Gender and Protection into LWF’s integrated programmatic interventions—General Food Assistance, Nutrition, Livelihood, Health. Duties include data collection and analysis to inform gender/protection issues, designing and ensuring accountability to conflict‑affected populations, coordinating with protection partners and women‑led organisations, implementing SBCC strategies with the Gender, Protection, Health and Nutrition, SRM Staff and partners, and developing and reviewing educational materials (IEC/BCC) tailored to the local context. Supervise the monthly food and cash distribution process at the FDP to registered and verified persons of concern.
