Role and responsibilities

You will be part of the Avvale's innovative HCM CoE, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge projects and managing top-tier services in the HCM space.

You will be responsible for:

• Carry out analysis sessions with customers to collect both functional and technical requirements on business processes, and being responsible for SuccessFactors configuration;
• Training users on SAP SuccessFactors products;
• Creating effective visual presentations;
• Being a mentor and a Team Leader of junior consultants;
• At least 4 years end to end SuccessFactors Talent Management modules implementation experience;
• Deep knowledge in configuration of SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding modules;
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central and Talent management business processes;
• Ability to work in a global environment, on multiple projects at the same time;
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and in cooperation with a virtual Team;
• Must be fluent in English and in Italian both written and spoken;
• Availability to travel;
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies;

It will be considered a plus:

• Knowledge and experience of any other Successfactors modules;
• Experience in SAP HCM on premise modules;
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications
