A global leader in fitness solutions, based in Italy, is seeking an ERP Professional to manage project deployments for SAP digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation and data migration, and a strong understanding of SAP SD modules. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivering solutions that align with company goals. A hands-on approach with SAP S/4 HANA experience is a must. The role also includes supporting users through training and documentation, ensuring a smooth transition during the ERP rollout.

Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate person who will join the ongoing development of our ERP area and manage the project deployment of ERP digital transformation. We are looking for an ERP professional focused on SAP implementation, data migration, and configuration that drive SAP business processes and will work closely with ERP Manager and functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify gaps and implementation. You will be a key part of our international ERP rollout and you will join our HQ ERP team and be part of our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.

Your Impact

• Engaging with Business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, assess the scope, define the solution, determine business benefits, identify use cases and design a roadmap to meet the business goals
• Acting as IT Product Owner by governing scope and enhancing solution agility and integrity workstreams
• Performing estimates
• Supporting end-to-end solution delivery in cooperation with ERP Team and IT Vendors
• Performing validation checks during build & deployment phases to ensure alignment with approved architecture designs
• Support in functional analysis & customizing of SAP S/4 HANA modules (SD) based on business requirements

• Assisting in the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user’s lack of experience
• Application support and training of end-users
• Develop and maintain the ERP solution according to Group strategic guidelines

About You

• MSc or Ph.D. degree in Economics or Management Engineering or similar;
• System Integration consulting experience is a plus;
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role and function;
• Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications;
• Previous experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration;
• Deep knowledge in SAP customizing modules SD (Sales, Pricing, Billing);
• Knowledge of MM/WM module is a plus;
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP is a must;
• Strong business acumen and good proficiency in Excel;
• Ability to be resourceful and responsive in a fast‑paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence;
• Ability to deliver basic SAP training to end‑users;
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional environment with strong accountability managing own tasks;
• Proficient English both written and oral;
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
