A leading technology company is seeking a SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant - Italian Speaker to support sales handovers and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. The role involves orchestrating project delivery, addressing critical customer situations, and ensuring customer success throughout their lifecycle. A strong focus on problem management and continuous improvement is essential. This position offers full-time remote work in Italy.

  • Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Contribute to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Orchestrate the overall service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Support in de-escalations of critical customer situations.
  • Assist in critical situations with MIM and SAP Product Support.
  • Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle.
  • Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
  • Contributing to onboarding / transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES
  • Orchestrating the overall service / project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
  • Supporting in de-escalations of critical customer situations
  • Supporting critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams and SAP Product Support, as applicable
  • Contributing to customer release and maintenance activities
  • Supporting customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise
  • Executing and supporting problem management and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to the liaison with different SAP stakeholders, esp. Virtual customer success partner involved in the accounts, to ensure customer success
