A luxury eyewear company based in Veneto, Italy is seeking a Sales Planning Specialist to manage and coordinate sales planning activities. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Economics and experience in sales planning within international organizations. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, supporting the sales plan development, and monitoring KPIs to drive performance. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate across teams and optimize sales processes.

Sales Planning Specialist
POSITION

Within the Go To Market team, responsible for defining and coordinating an organic approach to the increasing complexity of commercial calendars within brands, markets and distribution channels, coordinating pricing strategy, you will be in charge of managing sales planning activities.

Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and historical performance to develop accurate forecasts;
  • Support the development of Sales Plan, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance;
  • Break down sales targets by region, channel, product, and individual accounts;
  • Monitor KPIs and sales team performance, identifying gaps against targets;
  • Manage and update dashboards, forecasts, and periodic reports;
  • Collaborate in defining go-to-market strategies and growth plans;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes;
  • Provide insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Managing Go To Market Projects.
Profile

PROFIL Degree in Economics Previous experience in Sales Planning within structured and international organizations Strong analytical skills Project Management Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Qlik, and Power BI Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong results orientation
