Sales Operations Specialist – Italy & France

At Lexroom.ai, we are revolutionizing the legal industry with AI‑powered tools and seek a highly organized, customer‑focused Sales Operations Specialist to become the operational backbone of our sales network.

Your Mission

  • Contract Management: Manage activation and verification of contracts generated by the sales network, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Excellence: Guarantee correct administrative and document management for all acquired customers.
  • Post‑Sales Support: Provide timely, quality post‑sale assistance to customers, ensuring continuity and satisfaction.
  • Sales Enablement & Training: Lead onboarding and training of new sales agents, supporting their integration and effective use of company tools.
  • Operational Support: Offer daily operational support to the sales network, streamlining fieldwork and removing logistical hurdles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with area manager / team leader to monitor key performance indicators and overall performance of the network.
  • Central Point of Contact: Serve as the focal point of contact for all operational needs between sales agents, the company, and our customers.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in commercial back‑office, sales support, or customer care.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high precision in managing documents and contracts.
  • Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work effectively within dynamic teams.
  • Capacity to manage multiple activities simultaneously under pressure.
