Responsibilities

• AR Management – Weekly reconciliation, payment follow-up, support cash application & clearing, invoice tracking, overdue risk alert & resolution, ensure on-time delivery.
• Contract Management – Handle contract onboarding, termination, changes; support document collection & approval; identify risks / terms and coordinate mitigation.
• Mailbox Management – Maintain shared mailbox, build & manage logs, ensure timely, accurate, traceable communication.
• General Support – Support performance tracking, act as MMC secretary, drive process standardization for future channel / finance operations.

Requirements

• Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and the ability to work in English and Chinese. Italian is a plus.
• Experience in sales management, data processing, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Diligent, responsible, practical, and hardworking.
