Sales Manager - Forklift

Location: Italy (Nationwide)

Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring strong market coverage across Italy.
  • Create, manage, and update customer data in the CRM / database system.
  • Develop public relations and maintain reliable long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on inquiries and orders.
  • Collect project information to support sales activities and analyze competitor data to adjust strategies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead or support commercial negotiations for key crane projects to secure regional business objectives.
  • Support financing processes and follow up on payment collection when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of forklifts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of forklifts and material handling applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Italy for customer visits.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
