Un'importante azienda di cosmetici cerca un Sales Manager a Milano. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella gestione delle vendite e sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali. Le responsabilità includono la gestione di un team, l'analisi delle vendite e lo sviluppo di relazioni con i partner commerciali. Contratto a tempo indeterminato con orario dal lunedì al venerdì.

Competenze

  • Minimo 1 anno di esperienza come Sales Manager è preferenziale.
  • Capacità di guidare un team e raggiungere obiettivi di vendita.
  • Buone capacità analitiche per monitorare KPIs.

  • Steering the achievement of sales targets linked to the budget
  • Steering RFA and margins
  • Develops prospecting, manages, and supports the opening of new POS
  • Analyses results and proposes appropriate action plans
  • Builds and develops effective commercial relationships with partners
  • Builds a coherent store visit strategy
  • Takes part in drawing up the sales budget and building tools for the sales network, managing the P&L
  • Fixing the range, commercial terms and conditions, sell-out resources and the annual Trade Plan
  • Preparation of brand reports, objectives, and negotiation strategies for each Retailer
  • Annual negotiations to reach agreements that maximize our margins and the sales momentum of the Retailer (merchandising, in-store events, etc.).
  • Defines sell-out objectives and strategy.
  • Monitors changes in KPIs and sales and analyses the business using sales management dashboards.
  • Leads and supports a team of 3 sales representatives and 2 agents in achieving their quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve sales performance.
  • Federate all teams around the brand's strategy
  • Creates the conditions for success by building teams with complementary profiles and skills
  • Develops the talents and skills of sales teams
  • Anticipates the need for reinforcements and recruitment
  • Guarantees team training
