Overview

We are looking to recruit as soon as possible several Sales Manager B2B Sales (M / F / d) – Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Independent acquisition and consulting as well as support of new B2B customers in German-speaking countries and other European countries
  • Preparation of quotations for design and production as well as individual packaging solutions
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term and effective customer relationships
  • Negotiation of offers and contracts
  • Evaluation of market potential
  • Co-creation of innovation and product strategies
Profile / Qualifications
  • Initial sales experience, ideally in the packaging or printing industry, or as a technician; experience in the cosmetics or luxury goods industry is also welcome.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Independent, precise and structured working style
  • Team spirit and intercultural competence
  • Persuasiveness, negotiating skills and high customer orientation
  • Loyalty, integrity and open, clear communication
  • English or German as language of communication with colleagues in Germany; Chinese language skills an advantage but not a must
