We are looking to recruit as soon as possible several Sales Manager B2B Sales (M / F / d) – Full-time
Responsibilities
- Independent acquisition and consulting as well as support of new B2B customers in German-speaking countries and other European countries
- Preparation of quotations for design and production as well as individual packaging solutions
- Establishing and maintaining long-term and effective customer relationships
- Negotiation of offers and contracts
- Evaluation of market potential
- Co-creation of innovation and product strategies
Profile / Qualifications
- Initial sales experience, ideally in the packaging or printing industry, or as a technician; experience in the cosmetics or luxury goods industry is also welcome.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Independent, precise and structured working style
- Team spirit and intercultural competence
- Persuasiveness, negotiating skills and high customer orientation
- Loyalty, integrity and open, clear communication
- English or German as language of communication with colleagues in Germany; Chinese language skills an advantage but not a must
