Overview

MTIC Group is growing steadily and successfully in all areas of testing, inspection, and certification with all its member companies globally.

Currently, we are looking for a Sales manager who will lead our team for our headquarters in Milano, Italy and Bonn, Germany.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • responsible for acquiring new customers in the sales area and actively upselling our existing customers to achieve of sales figures.
  • recognise their needs and identify sales potential and market opportunities.
  • maintain the contact customers and develop new and existing customer relationships successfully.
  • observe and analyse the markets through market surveys to evaluate market potential.
  • create the offers and ensure their follow-up and maintenance in the internal system.
  • responsible in marketing measures such as trade fairs or comparable events.
  • plan and generate aggressive sales strategies and work closely with the department manager in achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • continuous lead generation via different sources
  • manage proactive engagements with other business areas of MTIC Group
