MTIC Group is growing steadily and successfully in all areas of testing, inspection, and certification with all its member companies globally.
Currently, we are looking for a Sales manager who will lead our team for our headquarters in Milano, Italy and Bonn, Germany.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- responsible for acquiring new customers in the sales area and actively upselling our existing customers to achieve of sales figures.
- recognise their needs and identify sales potential and market opportunities.
- maintain the contact customers and develop new and existing customer relationships successfully.
- observe and analyse the markets through market surveys to evaluate market potential.
- create the offers and ensure their follow-up and maintenance in the internal system.
- responsible in marketing measures such as trade fairs or comparable events.
- plan and generate aggressive sales strategies and work closely with the department manager in achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- continuous lead generation via different sources
- manage proactive engagements with other business areas of MTIC Group
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience ideally as a Head of Sales
- Strategic Thinking
- Hardcore selling skills
- Good coordinating skills across the regions and the sectors
- Good knowledge of testing, inspection and certification industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good networking skills
- Market research analysis skills
- Team player
