A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sales Manager in the Lazio region of Italy. This full-time position involves managing T2 and retail partners, developing marketing standards, and conducting training for overseas retail sales staff. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, effective communication skills, and over 2 years of printer sales experience. Proficiency in office software and strong English abilities are required to interact with international teams.
1. Responsible for T2 partners and retail partners development, responsible for sell thru and sell out sales achievement.
2. Assist in formulating standards for retail store image construction in South region of Italy, including store brand image, store materials, display standards, promotional gifts, etc., and monitor their implementation, optimizing and assisting with any non‑compliant parts.
3. Assist in planning and supervising the implementation of promotion and marketing activities.
4. Design daily training courses for overseas retail store sales staff and assist in local business promotion training.
5. Develop suppliers for overseas retail store renovations and follow up on projects to meet regional material and renovation support needs.
6. Manage PANTUM International material data, track and monitor material usage, and prepare materials for exhibition activities.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by direct superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of printer sales working experience.
2. Strong team management and communication skills, good ability to promote collaboration, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Proficient in using office software such as PPT and Excel, and have certain image processing capabilities.
4. Possess English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to independently communicate with overseas teams and suppliers, and complete the training of buyers.
