Responsibilities
- Engage adult smokers to increase awareness of our smoke‑free products, in line with company policies and procedures. You will interact directly with adult smokers.
- The goal of Sales Experts is to introduce our smoke‑free products, resolving doubts or concerns. You can also promote loyalty among existing consumers through interactions at touchpoints and establish relationships with retailers to enhance customer relations.
Specific Activities Include
- Presenting smoke‑free products to adult smokers at points of sale and other selected locations, contributing to achieving sales targets (acquisition and qualitative goals).
- Ensuring high‑quality interactions with consumers to understand and adapt to their needs and questions.
- Building relationships with consumers and increasing awareness of smoke‑free products.
- Engaging with retailers and their staff to leverage their interactions with customers and increase opportunities to interact directly with adult smokers.
- Constantly updating on local regulations and guidelines. Following best practices, standards, and effectively using talking points in customer interactions to meet quality standards.
- Monitoring stock levels of smoke‑free products within points of sale.
- Contributing to business results by achieving assigned KPIs and ensuring perfect execution of commercial strategies.
- Identifying potential business activities.
- Ensuring product visibility in accordance with PMI procedures and policies.
- Strengthening and preserving the company's image as a reference business partner in activities and relationships with retailers, in line with PMI policies and procedures.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree; high school diploma with experience in commercial roles.
- Residence/Domicile in areas close to the indicated work locations; willingness to relocate to other cities in Italy if necessary.
- Analytical/logical/mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent relational and commercial negotiation skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Driver's license issued at least 12 months ago.
- Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel and PowerPoint).
Additional Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or scientific subjects.
- Previous commercial experience in FMCG.
- Ability to work in a complex context with tight deadlines.
- Team player, positive attitude, and proactivity.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail.
