A leading Italian sales firm is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and understanding customer needs. Working fully remote, you will engage with new and existing customers, deliver presentations, and develop long-term sales strategies. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, excellent Italian and English skills, and at least 2-3 years in field sales. Knowledge of vacuum technology and basic IT skills are preferred.
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies. You will engage in face‑to‑face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations. Develop medium to long‑term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers. Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Vicenza, Padova, Treviso, Venezia, Ferrara, while being associated with our customer center in Italy (IT).
