This role includes expanding the sales network, managing the team, and overseeing sales and budget responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, preferably in the capital goods sector, and possesses leadership skills. The position is flexible in location and comes with performance-related compensation and a company car.

EMCO employs approximately 800 people at 4 production sites in Austria and Italy. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Expansion of the Italian sales network
  • Management of the sales team in Italy
  • Responsibility for sales and budget
  • Reporting line: directly to the CSO of the EMCO Group
  • The position is not tied to a specific location
Requirements
  • Sales experience (preferably in the capital goods industry)
  • Business management know-how
  • Ideally, contacts to potential industrial customers
  • Good English and/or German skills
