Who we are

Startup Bakery is an Italian startup studio building early-exitable B2B SaaS companies with a strong AI component.

We’re not looking for unicorns — we aim for early exits (~€15M) with real business fundamentals.

We’re now hiring our first SDR to help fill co-founders’ calendars and drive outbound growth across our studio.

What you’ll do

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our founders to :

  • Identify leads via LinkedIn, Crono, GMB and other smart tools
  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn and phone
  • Start real conversations — not spam
  • Book qualified meetings for our co-founders
  • Learn how to test ICPs, hooks and outbound sequences
  • Track everything in Hubspot

You won’t have hot leads.

You won’t have a marketing team warming things up for you.

But you’ll have a seat at the table — and the chance to grow fast.

You might be a good fit if
  • You already have experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales (mandatory)
  • You’re ambitious, fast-learning, and hands-on
  • You write well and speak clearly
  • You love talking to people and getting answers
