A dynamic sales startup in Italy is seeking a curious and resilient Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales efforts. You will research target accounts, generate leads, and reach out to potential clients. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills in Italian and English, and some experience in sales or lead generation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the sales strategy from day one and grow into more senior positions.
We’re now looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR), a curious, energetic, and resilient professional ready to open new opportunities and build the foundation of our outbound sales motion.
As our first SDR, you’ll be the engine of our sales pipeline.
Your role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities through a mix of research, outreach, and structured prospecting.
We’re not looking for years of experience — we’re looking for the right mindset.
You’ll succeed if you are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or similar roles (internships welcome).
Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Experience with CRM systems (Attio or similar) and prospecting tools like Crono.
Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
Be the first SDR and help shape our outbound strategy from day one.
Work directly with senior leadership in a fast-growing company.
