What we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The SDR is in charge of qualifying and engaging inbound leads that have been collected through marketing channels.

Lots of our leads have unclear ideas about what we do and how we can solve their pains: the SDR is there to consult them properly on whether Sibill could be a good fit for their business.

The SDR is a key figure in our funnel as he/she ensures:

  • only good leads are passed on to the Account Executive for the free trial and the closing

  • bad leads don’t go any further down the funnel

  • cold leads are nurtured properly

What will you do
  • You will become an expert about Sibill’s software and use-cases

  • You will interview and qualify dozens of companies everyday in order to understand whether they are good fit for our software

  • You will engage companies on the phone to get them excited to try our software

  • You will book product demonstrations with our Account Executives

  • You will manage autonomously your pipeline of leads ensuring an adequate flow of deals down the funnel
