Your Role :

As a Sales Coordinator at Valmet, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team throughout the quotation and order execution process. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Processing incoming orders promptly and accurately.
  • Addressing internal and customer queries regarding orders and returns efficiently, escalating where necessary.
  • Inputting order details into our organization's system meticulously.
  • Ensuring thorough follow-up on all orders.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives and operations to track order status and maintain delivery schedules for timely customer delivery.
  • Acting as a liaison between internal delivery orders and customers.
  • Preparing and managing commercial documentation such as contracts and invoices.

What We Expect :

To excel in this role, you will need :

  • Solid Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge.
  • Excellent understanding of Incoterms.
  • Basic knowledge in administrative management and accounting.
  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • A solid grasp of IT fundamentals.
  • Experience with ERP systems, like iScala, will be advantageous.
  • Basic mechanical or industrial technical knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative when necessary.
