We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a Sales & Business Development professional with experience in the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical sector consulting

🌍 Countries in scope: Italy | Switzerland | UK | Ireland

TSQE supports Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies throughout the entire product lifecycle, providing quality, regulatory, clinical, and compliance services.

We help our clients ensure regulatory approval, market access, and compliance with international standards, enabling them to bring safe and effective healthcare solutions to market.

You will drive business growth across the assigned countries by developing new opportunities, managing key clients, and building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in IT, CH, UK and Ireland
  • Manage and grow key accounts and strategic partners
  • Visit client and create relations
  • Support market expansion and business development strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Medical Device or Pharma sales/business development
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of healthcare markets and purchasing processes
  • Fluent in English, Italian (German or French is a plus)
