Ideal candidates should have a solid background in high-end retail, fluency in English and Italian, and exceptional interpersonal skills. How will you make an impact?

You will:

• Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interactions, transmitting the vision and values of the Maison
• Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
• Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including the ones related to CRM initiatives
• Deliver excellence in operations: aftersales, VM, inventories etc

How will you experience success with us?

• Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail
• Be confident, organized, efficient, with a great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Be independent and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors
• Be fluent in English and Italian, additional language will be a plus
• Be available to work in Cernobbio, Villa D\'Este boutique
