Overview
For our boutique in Milan Rinascente, we are looking for a new Sales Assistant. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the DIOR sales growth in the store, attract and retain clients, represent the brand values, achieve sales targets, respect the brand image and guidelines, and provide outstanding customer service.

- Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques, and get to know the customers and products to contribute to the team performance
- Teamwork capability
- Know the daily objectives and monthly sales
- Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales
- Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile
- Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT_
- Attract customers by representing the Brand values
- Welcome customers as guests
- Maintain and complete the customer data base and build a relation with them
- Maintain the store space and image / Visual merchandising
- BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT_
- Contribute to stock management
- Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update the stock after sales, when necessary
- Elaborate and supervise product feedbacks
- Collaborate with product rotation
Profile
- Background: Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field. University education or a Fashion school degree are a plus.
- Experience: at least two years of experience.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of luxury products and basic selling techniques; knowledge of other languages (English, others are a plus); knowledge of basic IT (Office).
- Soft & Interpersonal skills: Positive and kind attitude; good standing; team-working attitude; smiling; keep a gentle language and behavior with colleagues; flexible; hard worker.
