We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our Institutional Sales team in Milan for a 6-month internship, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a financial or economic background looking to gain hands‑on experience in asset management and client-facing activities.

The role provides broad support to the Sales team, including client servicing and reporting coordination activities, support in the creation of bespoke marketing materials, and organizational tasks such as the coordination of meetings, calls, and events with clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Commercial Execution Specialist – Corporate Credit Team (Muzinich & Co.)

We are looking for a Commercial Execution Specialist to support sales director. This role ensures effective implementation of commercial strategy by coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and acting as a link between Sales leadership, Field teams, and central functions to increase speed, quality, and consistency of sales execution in a dynamic, multi‑brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate sales strategy into actionable plans and track progress of commercial initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and following up on commercial decisions and related dossiers.
  • Aligning with Area Managers, monitor activities progress in field, and gather market feedback.
