Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Assistant to join our team in Serravalle, supporting one of TLG’s in-house brands.
Responsibilities
- Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.
- Demonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers.
- Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture.
- Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximise business and to resolve customer issues
- Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty
- Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy work environment
- Maintain the work place tidy and organized
- Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc.
- Be a point of connection between store and HQ.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the role in retail settings
- Fluent English (additional language skills a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized and detail oriented attitude
- Proactivity
- Strong commitment to build a team environment and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- High computer skills a plus
