A leading security company in Italy is seeking a Sales Admin Team Leader to supervise the Sales Admin activities and ensure high-quality logistics management. The ideal candidate will have proven sales administration experience and proficiency in both English and Italian. Responsibilities include leading the team, managing customer queries, and maintaining sales records. This role is critical for supporting the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The person will be included in the Sales Admin Team and will lead and supervise its activities. In order to be able to proficiently lead and manage the work, the candidate will need to be able to also personally backup the end-to-end sales admin tasks. Additionally, the person will monitor sales progress, sales scheduling / plan in coordination with the Manufactuirng Dept., will supply forecasting, maintain sales records and effectively execute reporting figures.
Lead the sales Admin Team covering all activity areas
Ensure customer high quality logistics knowledge and management and maintain high standards of responsiveness in day by day customer care
Manage high level quality service according to customer requirements, following customer queries end to end from delivery to invoice
Supervise customer's credit status or manage authorizations
Developing and maintaining archive and data to ensure Sales Managers have high-quality & up-to-date support material
Maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to monitor the progress and develop weekly / monthly / other sales reports
Collaborate in creating and executing sales reporting figures
Collaborate in sales forecasting and where needed stock levels management at partners
When necessary, proficiently cover & backup sales management activities to ensure business continuity (order processing & acknowledgment, arranging collection with carriers, Incoterms, invoicing, etc)
Proved experience in sales administration, with management of end to end customer order processing (order, delivery, Customs, invoicing) and customer care
Mandatory proficiency in English and Italian
Mandatory proficiency in Office (Excel particularly), Power BI nice to have
Proved knowledge of export logistics dynamics, Incoterms
Familiarity with Sales KPIs and consistent sales reporting
Experience in team coordination and management
Capability of team building and engagement
