Branch Manager Architecture

Our client, a growing multidisciplinary architecture firm, is opening a new branch in Zurich. To lead this exciting project, we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in architecture and team leadership.

Position: Branch Manager Architecture 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Zurich branch
  • Lead architectural projects from design to execution
  • Build strong relationships with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders
  • Recruit, motivate, and guide your team towards success
  • Represent the company in the Swiss-German market and contribute to its growth

Profile

  • Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management
  • Proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an asset
