Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a creative and innovative Retail Head of Design to join our Retail Team!

Are you a visionary design leader looking to drive innovation in the retail environment—without stepping away from the creative process?

Then this could be your next great creative chapter!

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for the management of the Designer Department as well as for the development and management of big retail design projects for international clients. The projects will focus on the ideation and development of brand/flagship stores, shop in shop, corners, islands, and innovative digital and interactive displays.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Retail Design Department
  • Creation, development and execution (3D modelling & renderings)
  • Management of the various steps of the project and day-to-day activities related
  • Meeting clients with account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
  • Conduct feasibility and technical studies to assess design viability and production implications
  • External suppliers coordination and project estimation
  • Project implementation and delivery

Required skills:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as Senior Project Designer or equivalent role
  • Proven experience in the retail field
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Advanced 3D design and rendering skills
  • Experience managing external/internal stakeholders
  • Autonomy, stress management, accuracy
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
