Andrew (an Amphenol company) designs network technology that brings people together. By joining our team, you will directly impact Andrew's Customer Experience by building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams, delivering exceptional service.


The Customer Experience Specialist plays a central role in supporting our Business Segments and serves as the main point of contact for customer orders. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring successful delivery in a dynamic and complex B2B environment. This role is an integral part of our go-to-market strategy, supporting both sales teams and customers through effective order and query management.


This position is part of our Customer Experience Team, supporting the EMEA region within our Outdoor Wireless Networks and DAS segment.


You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, taking ownership of queries, and ensuring customer orders are efficiently managed from point of sale to delivery and invoicing. Success in this role requires close collaboration across multiple internal functions to exceed customer expectations.


Main Duties


  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and demonstrate initiative in resolving them (via phone, chat, and email)

  • Accurately and promptly enter purchase orders into ERP systems

  • Proactively resolve any issues preventing order entry, working with customers and Sales to ensure clean, accurate purchase orders

  • Manage orders effectively from receipt and acknowledgment to handling change requests, coordinating with internal teams and keeping customers informed

  • Prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines

  • Participate in business segment meetings and product training sessions

  • Attend sales meetings and communicate key updates, priorities, or issues as needed

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives

  • Support the business with specific projects as assigned


Skills & Qualifications


  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

  • Good French knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable collaborating across virtual, cross-functional teams

  • Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Multitasker with the ability to work under pressure

  • Team player, eager to deliver results, learn, and share knowledge

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Experience with SAP, Business Objectives, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

  • Familiarity with Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Apps, or automation tools is advantageous
