A leading renewable energy company in Rome is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in recruiting and possess strong skills in sourcing candidates. Proficiency in Italian and advanced English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. The role offers competitive compensation, smart working options, and a focus on professional growth.

Competenze

  • 5+ years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.

Mansioni

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and maintain pools of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees.
  • Support corporate Employer Branding Program.

Conoscenze

Native in Italian
Advanced English (C1 level)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
