An innovative EnergyTech startup is seeking a Founding Engineer to help accelerate the energy transition in Italy. In this role, you will build a B2B workflow engine called CER-OPS and define the technical direction of the company. Successful candidates will have experience in developing products from 0 to 1, and the position offers equity and revenue share based on milestones. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful renewable energy projects with a hands-on focus on shipping features that unblock real energy solutions.

Competenze

• Experience in developing B2B workflow engines.
• Ability to pivot and iterate based on real-world usage.
• Comfort with CI/CD processes.

Mansioni

• Define the engineering roadmap end-to-end.
• Build a functional MVP of CER-OPS within 6-8 weeks.
• Establish best practices for development and deployment.
