A global provider of biosurgery solutions seeks a Regional Marketing Lead to drive strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management of products in Italy, the UK, and Nordics. Candidates should have 3-6 years of marketing and product management experience in MedTech, along with a strong understanding of CRM tools and the local market. Fluency in Italian and English is necessary. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams ensuring effective product launches and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 3-6 years' experience in marketing and product management in MedTech.
• Desirable 2-4 years in the Biosurgery area.
• Proven ability to engage and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute regional marketing brand plan.
• Lead global campaigns and ensure brand identity.
• Manage HCP training programs for the Biosurgery portfolio.
