The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in marketing within MedTech, including substantial leadership experience. Fluency in English is required, with Italian or Spanish preferred.

• 10–12+ years in marketing within MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and reimbursement environments.
