A global leader in sustainable mobility is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner in Torino, Italy. This role involves supporting strategic HR initiatives, managing HR systems, and engaging with stakeholders. Ideal candidates are motivated graduates with a master’s degree, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. The position offers a 24-month contract starting January 2026 in a dynamic international environment.

You are a highly motivated and dynamic young graduate with a master’s degree in law or human sciences, eager to grow within an international environment.
You are customer-oriented, thrive in ambiguous situations, and demonstrate a strong "Develop Yourself" mindset. They are result-driven, with a data-driven and analytical approach, you are capable of translating complex insights into strategic actions.
You have excellent presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all different levels. The role requires autonomy, discretion, and professionalism, as well as flexibility to travel frequently.
You are a team player with a serious desire to learn and a clear ambition to build an international career will thrive in this position.
You are fluent in English, and German is a plus.
