Job description

In our site in Torino, you will be part of an international team. As HRBP, your main missions will be:

Strategic HR Project Support
  • Support the HR Director in the definition, planning, and execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Central Europe region.
  • Ensure alignment of regional HR projects with Business Group (BG) and Corporate priorities.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Performance & Data Management
  • Own and continuously improve HR performance dashboards, ensuring visibility of key indicators (recruitment, absenteeism, organizational structure, performance reviews, engagement).
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure consistency and accuracy of HR data in Actuals, Forecasts, and Budget settings.
HR Systems & Data Reliability
  • Ensure timely and accurate data feeding into HR systems (OPteam, Enablon), acting as a key point of contact for data governance.
  • Support the deployment and testing of new digital tools (e.g., Sales Forecasting, Market Intelligence, RPA) and ensure correct usage across sites.
  • Promote data quality culture and provide training/support to key users.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
  • Represent the HR Director during selected business meetings, site visits, and operational reviews.
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for site HR teams and business leaders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing within the region.
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., CSR, StratPlan, BSP).
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR KPIs and project statuses to the HR Director and BG.
Continuous Improvement & Support
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide support to site HR teams in implementing regional HR initiatives and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of HR best practices and participate in regional HR networks.
Profile

You are a highly motivated and dynamic young graduate with a master’s degree in law or human sciences, eager to grow within an international environment.

You are customer-oriented, thrive in ambiguous situations, and demonstrate a strong "Develop Yourself" mindset. They are result-driven, with a data-driven and analytical approach, you are capable of translating complex insights into strategic actions.

You have excellent presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all different levels. The role requires autonomy, discretion, and professionalism, as well as flexibility to travel frequently.

You are a team player with a serious desire to learn and a clear ambition to build an international career will thrive in this position.

You are fluent in English, and German is a plus.
