We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to support our business growth across the EMEA. This role you will play a crucial part in building pipeline, expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth.

You will also work closely with our strategic partner and major shareholder Leonardo S.p.A., a global leader in Aerospace Defence and Critical National Infrastructure. This includes building strong relationships and driving revenue with Leonardo in Italy as well as supporting their business development efforts where SSH products are a fit.

New sales and revenue growth will be the key success metrics for this role. You will be assigned existing key accounts and provided with an annual sales target while also leading efforts to bring our innovative solutions into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow revenue by expanding existing accounts and winning new business across EMEA.
  • Work closely with Leonardo to win new business together both by helping Leonardo win deals with SSH technology included and by expanding SSH sales into Leonardo itself.
  • Collaborate with partners marketing and BDR teams to develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Convert MQLs and BDR-generated leads into closed deals supported by technical sales engineering.
  • Drive go-to‑market efforts for products such as NQX (quantum‑safe network encryption) and SalaX (secure communications) in new industry sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign planning, ICP targeting and product messaging.
  • Track and manage the lead lifecycle from campaign to closed deal ensuring clear pipeline progression.
  • Maintain disciplined and accurate CRM management for forecasting, reporting and deal reviews.
  • Represent SSH at industry events to generate leads, support brand awareness and engage prospects.
What we are looking for
  • 10 years of enterprise sales / account management experience ideally in cybersecurity, network security or encryption markets.
  • Strong advantage: experience selling networking or network encryption solutions (particularly relevant to bringing NQX to market across Europe).
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; German is a strong plus.
  • Background in enterprise IT management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Self‑driven and proactive with a track record of cultivating accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Organised and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
