Overview

To support our international expansion plan, we are seeking a Real Estate & Franchise Development Manager – International, responsible for identifying and negotiating new store locations and selecting qualified franchise partners in foreign markets.


Responsibilities


  • Analyze international markets and identify high-potential areas for expansion.

  • Research, select, and evaluate strategic locations for new store openings.

  • Negotiate with landlords, brokers, and property owners, securing agreements aligned with brand standards.

  • Scout, select, and evaluate potential franchise partners in target markets.

  • Prepare feasibility studies and business plans for international openings.

  • Coordinate with internal functions (Finance, Legal, Product, Retail) to ensure a smooth and compliant store opening process.


Requirements


  • Over 5 years of experience in retail real estate and international franchise development.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics and franchise partnership models.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills at international level.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.

  • Availability to travel frequently across target markets (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia).

  • Strong results orientation, autonomy, and a strategic mindset.
