ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• The Raw Material Handler receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to control and review.
• Supporting the manager, the Raw Material Handler provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement department activities.
• Maintains files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related documentation.
• Maintains information on computer systems.
• Assists in expediting orders.
• May assist buyers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.
• May develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items. Prepares standard requests for quotation.
• Assignments may require initiative regarding pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, and procurement.
• Ability to speak at a good level of English.
• Ability in Excel.
• Preferred experience in ERP (BPCS and SAP preferred).
• Ability to prepare and manage data and documents.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
