The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and familiarity with railway standards. Proficiency in English and willingness to travel are essential. Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering).
• English Proficiency (B2 level at least required).

Mansioni

• Overviews Product and Service Incidents management.
• Collects and archives all gathered information about incidents.
• Monitors incident management until closure.
• Ensures on-time Incident Report issues.
• Contributes to identifying root causes of incidents.
• Coordinates and records lessons learned from IRT.
