A multinational consulting firm based in Italy seeks a mid-senior level professional for their Global Responsible AI team. In this role, you will lead and manage Responsible AI projects from engagement to delivery, advise clients on AI policies and governance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in management consulting, a robust understanding of AI risks, and expertise in data science. This full-time position offers opportunities for remote working according to company policies.

The Work

• Drive Responsible AI projects by engaging prospective clients, shaping proposals, and leading delivery.
• Advise on policy, standards, regulations, operating models, governance, and controls for Responsible/Ethical AI.
• Act as a subject matter expert within data science and transformation teams.
• Support sales conversations and proposals for Responsible AI initiatives.
• Manage and deliver client projects, providing guidance to senior leadership and client teams.
• Monitor and assess developments in AI policy, standards, and regulations.
• Build and maintain insights on AI regulation trends and engage with key stakeholders in the policy space.
• Represent and position Accenture’s Responsible AI perspective with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills

• 5+ years in management consulting, with experience in Responsible AI, data science, or AI regulation.
• Strong knowledge of Data & AI compliance, risk management, and governance.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and project delivery.
• Bonus: published research or legal expertise in Responsible AI.
