Competenze

  • At least 2 years of experience as Quality Engineer.
  • Good knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys).
  • Basics of Statistics.

Your role

As Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues.
  • Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.



Main requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …).
  • Good Knowledge of Ms Office.
  • Basics of Statistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
