Overview

We are currently expanding our Quality Management and Compliance department, operating on risk management and independence topics, to meet the growing needs of our company so we are looking for a specialist to join our teams based in Milan.

What will you do?
  • provide support to professional staff for the analysis and correct management of questions regarding ethics and independence;
  • follow the independence verification process for the management of risks deriving from potential interest conflicts;
  • provide support to professional staff regarding professional standards (ISA);
  • assist in preparing training material;
  • assist in preparation of internal communications;
  • contribute to the development and constant improvement of our quality control system and our internal policies and procedures;
  • participate in the analysis of insurance coverage for the proper management of professional risks;
  • assist in the preparation of reports and analyses for the Executive Committee;
  • support to manage the relations with the Supervisory Authorities (mainly Consob and MEF) and in the preparation of the periodic reports required;

contribute to the interaction with the Mazars Group.

Qualifications
  • Master degree in Economics / Law;
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in audit practice;
  • Good team player and time management effective;
  • Italian native (or fluent) and proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization;
  • Self-starter with good level of initiative, open minded;
  • Discrete, versatile and curious.
