We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist with a strong background in analytical validation to support our expanding API Quality department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in an international environment and is motivated to grow into leadership and resource-management responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and document analytical method validation with an emphasis on API testing.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, and mass spectrometry systems to ensure reliable and compliant data output.
  • Execute routine and advanced analyses using core laboratory instrumentation to support product release and stability programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to contribute to large-scale analytical validation projects.
  • Ensure all QC activities meet internal quality standards and regulatory expectations.
What you bring
  • 3+ years experience in quality control or related fields - analytical validation using chromatographic and mass‑spectrometric systems is of preference.
  • Strong understanding of core analytical equipment and routine lab operations
  • Previous experience working with or integrating analytical data through APIs is required
  • Eagerness to join a high-performing team involved in international validation projects, with the opportunity to develop into a leadership position.
  • Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field).
  • Strong Italian & English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Dependability, clarity in communication, teamwork, and a transparent working style
