Responsibilities :

  1. Quotation & Pricing: Efficiently handle RFQs and rate requests from customers and overseas offices, including vendor price procurement and quotation delivery.
  2. Project Logistics Planning: Support the development of transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
  3. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure equipment availability and scheduling.
  4. Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air), monitor cargo movements, and resolve challenges.
  5. Client Communication & Reporting: Provide updates and reports to customers, ensuring clear communication.
  6. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with standards and keep documentation such as shipping documents, reports, and permits.
  7. Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, cost booking, and job closure.
  8. Safety & Quality Adherence: Uphold Safety, Health, and Quality standards and be aware of the Business Continuity Plan.

Job Requirements :

  • Experience: 1-3 years in project logistics or heavy transport operations.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics software.
  • HSE Knowledge: Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment standards in logistics.
  • Language: Good spoken and written English.
