The role is focused on Primary (electromechanical design) Discipline.At Grid & Power Quality Solutions in Europe (HBUEU),, the Engineering Competency Model provides a structured framework to support the professional growth of engineers. . Depending on your background, we will provide training and support to help you grow and develop into this role.This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leading with purpose and contributing to transformative solutions in the energy sector. Ensure compliance with CEI/IEC/EN standards, Italian grid codes, and Hitachi Energy QHSE requirements; drive design quality and continuous improvement.Collaborate with engineering colleagues to share best practices and develop leadership, coordination, and communication skills, upholding core values of safety, integrity, and quality. Engage customers as a trusted technical partner: clarify requirements, present solutions, and capture lessons learned for future projects.Relevant High Voltage Apparatus experience and knowledge. BIM/3D methodology knowledge will be a plus.Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and knowledge of power systems, renewable energy, transmission systems.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian (mandatory).
