A global leader in automation technology is seeking a Project Manager based in Seregno, Italy. In this role, you will lead automation projects, manage budgets, schedules, and ensure team success. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in systems and software automation with project management experience, preferably PMP certified. The position emphasizes customer focus and collaboration.

Bringing your experience from the automation industry and in projects related to Distributed Control Systems (DCS), you will lead initiatives from start to finish, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality while guiding your team to success. You will take ownership of project planning, risk and change management, proposal reviews, and coordination with both internal and external partners. You will also contribute to process improvements and support the development of less experienced team members.
We are looking for a professional with solid project management experience, preferably PMP certified, and a strong background in systems, software, or process automation. Financial awareness, customer focus, and leadership skills are key to success in this role.
