Project Manager – Software at TMC

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules
• Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitor progress, as well as draft reports
• Guide the functional and technical teams while maintaining the solution vision and design principles
• Manage all client communications and relationships with various teams across different levels
• Collaborate with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases
• Provide guidance on the roadmap and enhancement selection
• Monitor and guide the development team
• Prepare all necessary documents for the follow-up of project activities (reports, invoicing, planning, and information management, etc.)
• Conclude the project, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage modifications for projects under execution

What We Expect From You

• You have an M.Sc. in Engineering fields or Computer Sciences and 3‑6 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Practical experience with project management software
• Strong knowledge in at least two of the following domains: data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, software, DevOps
• Certification in either waterfall or agile methodologies is a plus
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills (extensive collaboration with partners and client‑company back offices)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian
