1. Plan and lead delivery projects of fire and gas systems in accordance with the contract and customer specifications. Focus on quality, on-time delivery, cost management, and customer satisfaction.
2. Actively manage project finances to secure margins and stay within the planned budget. Contribute to revenue growth by managing variation orders.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer organization and be responsible for project execution.
4. Ensure optimal information flow both internally and externally. Distribute tasks among team members and guide them towards efficient project implementation.
5. Ensure timely handover to operations, including proper documentation and information transfer to production and warehouse.
6. Ensure that project work complies with good HSE practices and quality standards according to the company's current processes and procedures.
7. Lead contract negotiations for variation orders during project execution.
8. Collaborate with sales during the pre-project and bidding phases, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated and the company's offer is optimized.
9. Contribute to accurate financial forecasting.
10. Actively manage your team by following up and coordinating tasks and goals.
11. Manage risks and changes actively within the project portfolio.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Experience or competence in engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or similar), especially related to fire and gas alarm systems within the maritime industry.
• The role does not involve personnel responsibility but requires experience in leading work through others and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulations applicable to the delivery of fire and gas alarm systems.
• Strong commercial understanding of project economics.
• Proficiency with computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, project planning software, etc.).
