A leading consulting firm in Lombardy is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate projects in the Insurance sector, applying Agile and Scrum methodologies. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, excellent relational skills, and be fluent in English. This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead impactful transformation programs.

Overview

Project Manager IT - Insurance. You will coordinate evolution projects of processes and tools supporting the business, applying and using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects of process and tool evolution to support the business, applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Design transformation roadmaps and support business and technology decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • architect technology and organizational structures to enable large-scale innovation.
  • Develop short- and mid-term business cases.
  • Lead transformation programs with high impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Project Manager of at least 2 years, preferably in top consulting firms or dynamic, international companies.
  • Good knowledge of the Insurance sector.
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent relational skills, team management, and stakeholder engagement with senior business lines.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation abilities for complex topics.
  • Fluent in English.
