As part of our strategic expansion, we are now developing and industrializing electrolyzer technologies for green hydrogen production.
The position is based at our engineering and manufacturing site in Uta (Cagliari, Sardinia).
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring technical alignment, budget and schedule control, and smooth coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, production, quality, service).
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on technical and project matters.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and communication channels.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions when needed.
- Support commissioning and start-up activities of electrolysis systems (international travel may be required).
- Ensure adherence to HSE company procedures and international standards.
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or related fields). 5+ years of experience in project management within industrial plants, EPC environments, or complex engineered systems.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, preferably in petrochemical energy or hydrogen technologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to read technical documents, P&ID datasheets, and specifications.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
