YOUR DAILY JOB

• Review project specifications and prepare Material Requisitions and related documents (e.g. valve lists, piping BOMs).
• Support the Purchasing team by providing technical input for supplier RFQs.
• Collect and technically align supplier quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Present technical bid evaluations and pricing tabulations to the Procurement team.
• Ensure supplier documents match ordered requirements.
• Review and comment on drawings and procedures.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing and testing phases.
• Coordinate document flow with other departments (e.g. PLT, PIP).
• Contribute to internal documentation, includingP&IDs, Piping Class Summary, Line List, Equipment List
• Valve List, Packing List, Painting & Lining Specs
• Inspection & Test Plans, FAT Procedures, Erection Manual

YOUR PROFILE

• University Master Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Energy Engineer
• Fluent English and Italian;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Attention to details, excellent communications skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
