Program Manager (IM) – Quickparts

Position open in Pinerolo (TO). Join Quickparts as a Program Manager (IM) and work within our Sales team to manage injection‑molding based projects from RFQ through final delivery.

Job Summary

Organized and energetic, the Program Manager will manage operations related to project management and customer service—overseeing RFQs and quotations, coordinating with clients, production, and external suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality parts. The role demands rigorous deadline and specification management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Leadership
  • Participate in project reviews to evaluate requirements and technical feasibility with internal experts.
  • Analyze RFQs and collaborate with technical teams to generate accurate, comprehensive, and clear quotations.
  • Define scope, timelines, and priorities to align with customer requirements and business objectives.
End‑to‑End Project Execution
  • Coordinate closely with production teams to track progress and ensure deadlines and specifications are met.
  • Manage day‑to‑day communication with customers, providing transparent, regular progress updates and expectation management.
  • Work with external suppliers to support project execution and quality outcomes.
Logistics & Continuous Improvement
  • Track product shipments to ensure on‑time delivery and compliance with specifications.
  • Collect post‑delivery customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge of injection molding; familiarity with 3D printing, CNC, and vacuum casting is a plus.
  • Degree in engineering, mechanical design, plastics processes, or a related field.
  • Significant experience managing manufacturing projects, particularly short‑cycle projects with tight deadlines and strict specifications.
  • Proven experience managing foreign suppliers.
  • Ability to prepare quick, accurate quotations considering technical specifications and production costs.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills for customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Fluent Italian; good level of English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and 3D viewer software.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to perform under very tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Office‑based in Pinerolo (TO), with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
